What's your favorite food?

Hello BIG artists! 🎨 

Food is a motivating and meaningful topic for our little artists!

In this activity the little artists are going to talk about their favorite food while practicing basic English vocabulary and simple sentences!

By combining speaking, drawing and digital interaction, they can express personal preferences in an engaging and inclusive way. 

We start out lesson with the key question: What is your favorite food? 

We need our flashcards with food images and review the vocabulary together. 

On our pretty board we are going to write the model sentence: "My favorite food is..." 

Step 2: introduce the digital task. 

Share the Padlet wall with the class on the interactive whiteboard and explain each student to add a post including the key sentence:

My favorite food is... 👅

Explore the Padlet together, read some posts aloud and talk about which food appears most often!
